Parfetts appoints retail ops controller

John O’Neill has been appointed retail operations controller at Parfetts, following the departure of head of retail Steve Moore in January after three and a half years at the company.

In his new role he will work closely with national sales controllers Steve Miller and Joe Tindle and report directly to the board, with Parfetts targeting to reach 2,000 retailers through the continued growth of its Go Local fascia. The wholesalers also continues to supports its current network through 50 regional development advisers and four store development managers.

Commenting on the appointment, Guy Swindell, joint managing director of Parfetts, said: “John has been with the company for over 17 years.
