Hancocks Loughborough depot flooded and forced to close

Confectionery wholesaler Hancocks has suffered flooding at its Loughborough depot, forcing the company to close the facility for four days, with it set to reopen on 10th January following a clean-up from staff.

On January 6th, the store faced rapid flooding, alongside many other local businesses and homes in the area. This then led to 50 dedicated team members across various departments joining forces to tackle the cleanup operations.
