Caterforce has introduced a centralised pricing and promotions platform for its nine wholesalers that aims to streamline pricing and promotions management across the membership.
Developed in partnership with TWC and rolled out in December, Price Hub is a custom-built solution that is claimed to remove the administrative burden of managing pricing and promotions, by removing workloads and minimises the risk of errors.
The software integrates with Erudus to provide accurate centralised product and price information to buyers, suppliers and Caterforce members, ensuring decisions can be made quicker and with greater accuracy.

“We are absolutely delighted with Price Hub, which is much more than just a digital tool to manage pricing and promotions,” said Gary Mullineux, managing director, Caterforce. “Our members need to stay competitive, and we are proud to provide them with this fantastic tool that informs their pricing decisions via real-time data and advanced analytics which will give them a competitive edge.”
Caterforce head of buying Peter Saunders had the original idea: “I knew what we needed to create in order to add genuine value for our members and supplier partners and by working with TWC, the end result has more than exceeded expectations.”
