Bestway appoints Rachel Hartwell as category manager for its frozen business
Rachel Hartwell, who joins the expanding category team from the Musgrave group, is responsible for all frozen food products across retail, catering and foodservice sectors.
Reporting to Steve Carter, senior category controller, Rachel’s role will be to expand the group’s business by working with key suppliers to deliver organic growth, product innovation and category management.
Rachel who is based in the group’s Park Royal headquarters is the latest appointment to the chilled fresh and frozen team. “Catering and Foodservice are becoming more important parts of the Bestway and Batleys business and, while retail is still important, I will be working hard to ensure that we provide our catering customers in particular with a comprehensive frozen range, both branded and own-label.”
