Andy Farnworth, Bidfresh managing director, said: “Given the importance of transport, food and energy to Bidfresh, they are clear areas that we prioritise. And although we have publicly announced our commitment to net zero carbon by 2045, we’ve been focusing our attention on how we can evolve our business to improve not just our direct impact on the environment as a result of our operations, but also how we can have a more positive impact on our colleagues, local communities and customers.”
