Birchall’s ‘Big’ event returned on October 5th for the first time since the pandemic, with over 80 caterers attending.

Attendees had the opportunity to sample festive products from Birchall’s 2021 Christmas offering while enjoying outdoor food vans and pop-up marquees. The five hour event also included seminars on Natasha’s Law, by allergen and nutritional expert, Jacqui McPeake.
Catering manager at Thornton Hall Country Park, Kayleigh Holian, said “Birchall’s tradeshows are always inspiring and educational, but this year’s event was the best yet.

Birchall is currently developing its event calendar for 2021 which features a dysphagia workshop, a ‘free from’ exhibition and bespoke workshops
