Clare Bocking has joined Kerry Foods as the sales director of convenience. Her role will be to support wholesalers and symbol groups with their chilled proposition.
In an exclusive interview with Better Wholesaling, the former trading director at Britvic said: “We don’t really know many wholesalers or retailers at the moment that are doing chilled as well as they could. It’s a big opportunity.”
Clare starts her new role on March 3 and will be working with Kerry Foods on their strategy and category vision. “I have lots of energy and enthusiasm for the role and I think that chilled could be the next big thing for convenience.”
