Confex has raised nearly £5000 for The Alzheimer’s Society, Contended Dementia Trust and Cancer Research.
A team of suppliers, members and staff cycled and walked through the peaks and dales of Derbyshire. The event concluded with an abseil at Black Rock
A special donation was also given to Springfield School, Witney. The school, which caters for children with learning disabilities, was given £10,000 to put towards the cost of buying a minibus.
The head teacher, Emma Lawley, and some pupils visited the company’s Head Office to thank them for their donation.
Confex has also supplied the Oxford Food Bank this year with products from drinks, catering and confectionery.
