Creed Foodservice recognised on Sunday Times list

Creed Foodservice has been recognised as one of the top places to work in the UK in the The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list.

The Country Range Group member measures its progress annually via feedback in a survey from all of its employees. The b-Heard survey, managed by Best Companies, invites the company’s employees to score 70 statements about their wellbeing, pay and benefits, personal growth, their team, the leadership and much more.

A certain number of points equates to the accreditation rating achieved, so a score of 700 points in 2019 achieved a 2 Star accreditation for Creed Foodservice and a place on the list.

Martin Holmes, people director at Creed Foodservice said: “Our focus on employee engagement began in earnest six years ago establishing our ‘Great People, Great Place to Work’ strategy, reviewing all aspects of our employee lifecycle and bringing clear focus on our values meaning something and being at the core of everything we do.

“All of us at Creed are extremely proud of our company and we are delighted that we have achieved this recognition for our efforts,” added chief executive Chris Creed. “It is a great recognition, for all of us and superb validation of the commitment to our culture that everyone makes. We will continue to focus on our ‘Great People, Great Place to Work’ strategy and we will strive to achieve the 3-star accreditation in the future.”
