Spanish beer producer Damm has secured a UK deal with Japanese Brewery Kirin Holdings to become its distributor for Kirin Ichiban beer.
Kirin has been sold in the UK since 1993 and will now fall under the distribution management of Barcelona brewer Damm, whose main business activity is the production, bottling and distribution of beer, as well as other drinks including water, soft drinks, and milk.

Damm operates 17 production plants on the Iberian Peninsula and one in Bedford, United Kingdom. It will take over UK distribution from Carslberg Marston’s Brewing Company (CMBC) at the start of next year.
