The DCS Group has appointed Lily Hartin to the role of commercial director and Charlotte Clay as its new commercial finance director.
Hartin has been with DCS since 2012 and has played a key role in strengthening its commercial function and driving group performance, while Clay joined DCS in 2016 and has been instrumental in improving results and supporting her colleagues across sales and commercial teams.

The DCS Group celebrated its 30th anniversary and achieved £350m in sales for the first time in its history.
