Back in November, Caterforce managing director Gary Mullineux revealed that group turnover is set to grow by 8% year-on-year to £800m.
Speaking at the buying group’s biennial conference in Wembley Stadium, he said this equates to growth of 41% since 2019 compared to the foodservice market of 25%.
Citing the group’s sector leading average member turnover of £83m, Mullineux also pointed out that Caterforce, which added Q Catering to its membership in 2023, is not closed to new members ‘but they have to be the right fit.’
