Hull-based Hider Food Imports has received a £5m funding facility from independent SME partner Bibby Financial Services.
The £5m funding will help the family-run wholesaler to pursue its ambitious growth plans, while providing the flexibility the company needs to thrive.
Hider imports a range of foods to its UK based customers. It specialises in nuts, dried fruits and other fine foods including Hazer Baba Turkish Delight, Bavarian Organic Breads and seasonal Christmas Stollen. In addition to its wholesale business, Hider Food Imports has a retail and ingredients division and is also involved in the manufacture of its nut products.
