JJ witnesses sharp turnover increase

JJ Foodservice has seen a 14% increase in turnover from April 2019 to December 2019, compared with the same period the previous year, with the wholesaler seeing its orders go up by 13% and number of cases go up by 10%.

These figures are in line with findings from research firm Future Foodservice, with founder Simon Stennin revealing that the the UK foodservice sector is predicted to grow from £98.4bn to £106bn in total market value by 2030.

Chief finance officer for JJ Foodservice, Edward Lanham, said “Our focus has been on investing in technology to improve service and maintain high availability. Our focus in 2020 will be to continue delivering a first-class experience and high-quality products to customers.”
