JW Filshill has appointed Gary Milligan as its new regional development manager for the Edinburgh, the Lothians and Borders area.
Milligan has experience within the convenience retail channel and will report to Filshill’s chief sales and marketing officer, Craig Brown, who hopes to grow Filshill’s retail facias, KeyStore and KeyStore More with the appointment.
