Mondelez International has revealed its 2023 Christmas range to wholesalers, including eight new lines for this year from Cadbury and Toblerone.
The supplier told Better Wholesaling that to make the most out of the season, wholesalers should split Christmas up into four sections, starting from September.
49% of shoppers planned to shop earlier for Christmas in 2022, and with this trend set to continue for this year, it’s important to get ahead and stock-up from the get-go in preparation for a fast start to the season.

The new lines include include: Cadbury Mini Snowballs Family Pack, Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calander, Cadbury Chunk Collection, Cadbury Buttons Selection Box, Cadbury Dairy Milk Winter Orange Crisp, Cadbury Dairy Milk Coins, Cadbury Dairy Milk Money Box Tin, and Toblerone Truffles.
Wholesalers should tap into the ‘big night in’ occasion at this point of the season, as shoppers will begin to favour sharing formats, multipacks and tablets. The supplier said this is a good time to start stocking products such as Roses, Heroes and Dairy Milk tablets.
“Retailers should stock up on the Cadbury Chunk Collection, a bestselling line which is a key product in convenience and is available in a 235g carton format. This year, Mondelez is offering a treat to the range by re-vamping the Cadbury Chunk Collection. This involves expansions into new pack sizes to tap into the sharing occasion and drive value, as well as including the addition of a new Caramilk chunk within the collection,” they said.
