Parfetts revamps retailer app

Parfetts has launched an update to its retailer app after introducing several new features, including the ‘Parfetts card’, along with a spending target infographic and personalised spending chart.

Aimed at improving purchasing and management processes for its customers, the update’s new features include an improved accounts section, providing retailers with greater control over spending and transactions.

The app also features a more user-friendly browsing experience and an improved search functionality enabling retailers to locate products and offers more efficiently. A new brand hub has also been added, providing a dedicated space where retailers can explore category brands and product listings in a more streamlined way.

A further enhancement is a new services area, which centralises key resources including information on Parfetts’ new Shop & Go forecourt fascia, a POS creator and a library of business tools. Suppliers can also use the space to showcase their services, allowing retailers to have direct access to additional business solutions.
