Pladis has appointed David Murray as its managing director for the UK & Ireland, with his role set to begin in October.
He will report to chief executive, Salman Amin, and lead the snack producer’s 4,600 colleagues and seven manufacturing sites in the region, including the brands McVitie’s, Jacob’s, Carr’s and go ahead.
Amin said: “David‘s proven track record delivering high impact operational excellence and growth across various geographies and categories will be an invaluable asset as we continue our strategic transformation at pladis.”
