Q Catering has appointed Caroline Martin as its new sales director as part of a plan for the company to achieve £20m in turnover by 2030.
Martin joins from Kent Frozen Foods (KFF) and is reunited with former boss and now managing director Steve Clarke. The two will form part of the Q Catering senior leadership team alongside recently appointed finance director Nick Jennings.
Martin said: “I’m delighted to have joined Steve and to be part of Q Catering’s ambitious journey at such a pivotal time. We have a robust but challenging business plan, and I am confident we will reach our goal by following it closely.

“I have used my first few weeks in the role to take every opportunity to meet and get to know our customers. It’s vital that we don’t lose touch with reality in these challenging times and stay close to our customers. My vision is that our customers will see my team as an extension of their business, acting as a consultant and mentor.
“Our new 22,600 sq. ft facilities, including the recent 11,000 sq. ft freezer installation, have allowed us to undertake a range review and endeavour to not only build our comprehensive range of core products but also make space for new, innovative lines. This allows us to keep up with current trends and customer demand, which is both important and exciting” she concludes.
