The platform enables customers to easily manage their ordering online, with new features and benefits that streamline operations including:
- Inspiration: stock availability is shown before even reaching checkout with suggested alternatives, plus reminders of frequently purchased items when customers do reach check out.
- Real time chat: customers can reach customer service team for an instant response
Enhanced search: Lightning-fast search of 5000 products - Online Account management: customers have full access to order history, invoices and credits, plus ability to manage team access.
- Live countdown: customers will never miss an order as the platform lets you know how long you have to order for your next delivery date.

The launch of the platform is phase 1, with Savona launching two additional features in the coming weeks:
- Online Payments – customers will be able to pay for good right at time of ordering, helping manage cashflow.
- Mobile App – no more searching for the web address! The app will give customers all the functionality available online, right through the app downloaded on mobile devices.
