Diageo and The Flava People have collaborated on the launch of a non-alcoholic Baileys Caramel Sauce that can be used across a variety of items, including desserts, hot drinks, ice cream and paired with alcoholic drinks.
Scott Dixon, managing director at The Flava People, said: “We know Baileys licenced products perform well, especially at Christmas. Drawing on our expertise from working closely with the foodservice industry for decades, and the insight from the Baileys team, we believe we have a truly unique product which will allow operators and chefs to easily incorporate Baileys into their own dishes and capitalise on the brand’s unrivalled popularity. Who wouldn’t want to celebrate the festive season with a cheesecake topped with Baileys Caramel Sauce, or a chocolate and caramel Baileys martini?”

Working hand-in-hand with The Flava People, the new Baileys Caramel Sauce is a great addition to our range of delicious products. It’s the perfect way for chefs to get creative in the kitchen ready for the festive season, yet versatile enough to use all year round. Used for drizzles and dollops on everything from profiteroles, cocktails, and cakes, we believe the Baileys Caramel Sauce will be a mouth-watering hit with chefs and diners alike in 2024.”
