Foodservice wholesaler Thomas Ridley has announced two new appointments to their sales and e-commerce team.
Paul Knight joins the wholesaler as sales director. His new position follows a 30-year career mainly working for Bidfood and more recently, as marketing director of Bidvest’s Catering Equipment Division.

Thomas Ridley managing director, Damien Barrett, welcomed Paul commenting, “This has been a really tough year, but we are now able to put our business plans into action and activate key initiatives to move Thomas Ridley forward.
“This is a great time to welcome Paul to the business and elevate our sales department with his expert skills and industry knowledge. We are delighted to have him on board.”
Knight discussed his new position, “This is a really great company, they’re family owned and it’s good to be part of such a terrific team. I feel really empowered to drive the changes that we’ve set out for the business and deliver a bold and successful future for Thomas Ridley.”

Thomas Ridley has also appointed Adam Caddy as e-commerce manager, following growth in the area as a result of the pandemic.
Caddy joins the wholesaler with an extensive 14-year career in e-commerce and digital marketing.
