Confex has welcomed Midland Food Service Ltd, Deckers and Lion Catering to its membership, taking the number to 227 and boosting overall group turnover and buying power by £75m.

Meanwhile, Ergun Ozdil of Lion Catering also said: “We are delighted to join the buying group to accelerate our growth plans by working along with suppliers to expand our product offering to the customers with the own brand CORE and other branded products available via Confex suppliers.”
