Time Wholesale managing director Sony Bihal has hailed the success of the business’ first-ever trade show and charity gala dinner.
The event, held in Romford, Essex, was attended by more than 150 retailers and 35 of Time’s key suppliers.
The charity gala dinner that followed the trade show was attended by 430 guests made up of retailers, suppliers, service providers and wholesalers.
Bihal said: “Our aim was to create an enjoyable experience, new volume and provide a return on investment for all stakeholders, and we absolutely achieved that. Volume deals placed on the day exceeded all expectations. On average, each retailer left with more than £600 worth of promotions, which is an excellent result.”
He added: “Our evening was packed with wonderful entertainment, a raffle, an auction and some great food. We raised a staggering £30,000 for the Every Well Water Foundation. We are absolutely over the moon with this and thank everyone who supported us.”
