Time Wholesale has signed up to b2b.store’s ProConnect Platform in order to help increase engagement levels with its customers.
B2b.store recently replaced its B2B WhatsApp platform with ProConnect, which is claimed to provide a better experience and includes a series of new functions, such as more in-depth analytics, the ability to send next-generation interactive WhatsApp messages and even greater security.
The platform has been built in compliance with ISO27001 standards, ensuring the personal contact information of people subscribed to a WhatsApp channel is protected by the highest global data security measures, giving users extra peace of mind. Among a host of new features, ProConnect offers enhanced analytics to track message performance.
Time Wholesale will now use the WhatsApp platform to communicate special deals and discounts to customers and aims to benefit from the high read rates seen by other wholesalers on the platform to boost sales.
