The Today’s Group has been awarded Best Convenience Retailer for Availability on behalf of its retailers at the Him! Convenience Tracking Programme (CTP Awards), which took place on Thursday 15th May 2014 at the Royal Maritime Museum in London.
Bill Laird, Managing Director of Today’s said: “This award is a direct result of the hard work that the Today’s Group has been putting into their Plan for Profit core range guidance for independent retailers, which offers expert, supplier endorsed advice, on must-stock products.” He added, “The guide has been developed using category information from across the sector, combined with data from suppliers and independent wholesalers.”
The event, celebrating the best in convenience according to shoppers and staff, is the only industry awards that are solely decided on the insight and opinions from 20,000 members of the public and they are the only awards where the consumer opinion is final.
