Trevors Foodservice has completed the relocation and opened its new headquarters in the former home of the Fylde Ice Co at a cost of £5m.
The 58,000sq ft investment is nearly twice the size of the company’s previous warehouse. This includes ambient, chilled and frozen storage, stylish new offices and modern amenities.
Furthermore, a high-spec freezer has been installed providing nearly ten times more capacity than they previously had, alongside a new chiller, ambient storage and an investment property. Six extra ‘Goods In & Out’ bays have also been added and the site has an additional 1.4 acres of yard space.

An innovation hub, development kitchen and event space will also be completed by early 2025 enabling Trevors to further improve its support, marketing, customer service and community outreach.

It’s an iconic and historic building in the town of Fleetwood, especially when it comes to food, so it’s a privilege to have been able to bring the building back to life. Our business turned 60 last year and we’re confident the new HQ will underpin our success for another 60 years and more, while helping to create jobs and regenerate this amazing area in the process.”
