Unitas has finalised its new look executive team with the appointment of Nick Shaw as finance director, and this follows the hiring of retail director Victoria Lockie last month.
Shaw will replace Richard Bone, who recently joined Parfetts as its commercial director at the end of the summer, where he also joined the company’s board.

In his new role, Shaw will oversee key aspects of the Unitas ‘fitter, faster, fairer’ strategy. This includes the integration of a new finance portal and central invoicing system which will simplify the invoicing process for suppliers and improve the speed and accuracy of payments for members.
Managing director John Kinney said: “We are very pleased to be able to bring Nick’s experience and expertise into our Central Support team. He brings a new perspective to the role and, along with Vicky, he will be a huge asset in our journey towards a fitter, faster, fairer service for members and suppliers.”
