Women in Wholesale (WiW) have launched one-hour breakfast briefing sessions. These will discuss topics that aim to improve the wellbeing and mental motivation of their members.

The first event will examine wellbeing strategies and the wholesalers and brands which have addressed mental health at work. Other topics that will be tackled range from successful mindsets at work to dealing with menopause and how to create a winning company culture.
Chairperson of The Federation of Wholesale Distributors (FWD), Coral Rose, said “We have many inspiring people in our network who have great stories to tell.”

She added, “There’s a great appetite for online learning so we’re responding with a monthly breakfast session between now and our October conference.”
WiW, with the support of their sponsors, are also funding for ten managers to be trained as mental health first aiders. On completion of the course, members will receive accredited certification from The Royal Society for Public Health and the Department of Health.
